About Sandra Warfield

I represent buyers and sellers throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area. Having lived in St. Paul - Highland Park, Plymouth, Lakeville and Savage, I have exceptional knowledge on the Minneapolis-St. Paul and surrounding suburb real estate markets.

Since 2004 I’ve pursued my true passion and specialized in residential real estate in the Twin Cities southern suburbs.

Prior to 2004, I spent 17 years in sales and marketing at IBM Corporation. The experiences and skills learned there have given me a unique ability to differentiate myself and my clients properties.
I have built a track record of success by focusing in 4 key areas:
1) Innovative Marketing
2) Professional Communication
3) Use of Technology
4) Negotiating
These 4 focus areas have allowed me to give my clients a competitive advantage in their real estate transactions and consistently deliver results that exceed expectations.

Since 2004, my business continued to grow due to past client referrals. I devote myself to serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each sale. As a result, my primary source of new business is referrals from people who know me and trust me. I have a vested interest in making sure each client is completely satisfied so they will refer me to others who would benefit from the professional service and personal attention I provide.

I am passionate about the real estate business and enjoy positive business relationships with people I admire and respect, and who value a higher level of professionalism.

There are many ways I can be of service to you outside of an active real estate transaction, so please don’t hesitate to contact me. Let me be the “key” to your new home!
